2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup green candies
1/2 cup Rye cereal
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups whipped heavy cream
In a blender, combine boiling water and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add candy bars, rye cereal, vanilla and whipped cream. Transfer to blender. Continue blending until mixture has a slightly creamier consistency and consistency begins to thicken. Pour into medium bowl.
