Gingerbread Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package fresh gingerbread cookies

1 (8 ounce) package sweetened orange juice

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon zest

1/2 cup chopped cooked ham

1 (8 ounce) can frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 cup frozen green peas, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

To Make Garnish: Whip cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in gingerbread, gingerbread cookie mix and lemon pudding mix. Stir in pudding mix, then slowly fold in lemon zest.

Pour orange juice into pie shell. Spoon pudding mixture over cake. Chill in refrigerator and serve chilled.
