2 cups diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1 cup sliced green olives
1 cup sliced carrot
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons ham
2 cups washed, sliced tomatoes
1 1/4 cups chopped celery
1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
1 pinch brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
In a blender combine celery, onion, green, carrot and olive oil. Mix and process until smooth. Pour mixture into a large shallow dish and cover with a towel.
While the celery mixture is mixing, combine tomato, celery mixture, yellow and green peppercorn salad dressing, salt, ham and tomatoes in large mixing bowl. Pour dressing over all and then toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
