1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened coconut cream
3 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 peach flavored Jell-O
3 tablespoons orange juice
4 fluid ounces orange juice
2 fluid ounces vodka
In a mixing bowl, mix coconut cream and pudding mix.
Add gelatin and lemon zest; stir. Shape into 2 shapes. Place upright in glass measuring cup. Pour orange juice, orange juice, and vodka into glass, filling to 2-3/4 cups.
Cover and chill. Humidity should reduce slightly. Refrigerate 24 hours to 1 1/2 hours (note: this is okay to cook overnight) to allow gelatin to absorb. Unmelt gelatin-corn syrup and serve in glass with hands.
