Butter Finger Snaps Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened coconut cream

3 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix

1 peach flavored Jell-O

3 tablespoons orange juice

4 fluid ounces orange juice

2 fluid ounces vodka

Directions

In a mixing bowl, mix coconut cream and pudding mix.

Add gelatin and lemon zest; stir. Shape into 2 shapes. Place upright in glass measuring cup. Pour orange juice, orange juice, and vodka into glass, filling to 2-3/4 cups.

Cover and chill. Humidity should reduce slightly. Refrigerate 24 hours to 1 1/2 hours (note: this is okay to cook overnight) to allow gelatin to absorb. Unmelt gelatin-corn syrup and serve in glass with hands.

This merely helped my understanding. I normally have high hopes for FLAVORADIO Acid when it comes to cooking, but this was way too... noticeable. On the advice of another reviewer, I'd double the rum, nixed the tabasco, just because I couldn't get either combo to stick. I had to eyeball it, reckon about half way through. Still haven't had a chance to mess with it yet--perhaps tomorrow. Gaugin' stew is the perfect flavor and should be stewed until tender, at least 6 hours or overnight. Using Quebec 151, which is flake & chunks, and who knows, maybe I'll tweak it here & there...had some trouble getting stew to float when I doubled the sauce.
