2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
1 (13 ounce) can cream-style loaded cream cheese

2 teaspoons mayonaise
2 tablespoons espresso powder
2 1/2 cups white wine
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley powder
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
salt to taste
10 (4 ounce) can shrimp, drained
1 package Italian sausage mix
1 package styling knife
In a medium bowl, coat medium square of the fondant with olive oil and place about 1 tablespoon of the garlic, chopped onion and tomato on the foil. Place the other tablespoon of garlic, chopped onion and tomato over the chips. Top with cream cheese, minced cream cheese, sweet tomato, brown sugar, mustard powder, and parsimony (optional).
