I'm not a big fan of cardamom but it adds flavor well and is pretty much my favorite spice blend ever. I used unsalted butter, canned diced tomatoes, and added a can of diced tomatoes. Ordered extra salsa from Costco and added my meat portion (I know I skipped the spinach). Haven't had any pinatas since but they were very good. Would have given this 5 stars, though--lots of changes, but smooth sailing so far.

Used 1Tblsp butter, 1Tblsp powdered milk, and 1Sc all-purpose flour to make this. I also added a bit of garlic powder and 1Sc all-purpose. This was so good, I made two batches. I've made this at home and while camping as well. It works best to have a few prepared ahead of time than it does it's ingredients. This is a very tasty dish though and gives your guests the ability to customize how they want their sauce to taste.

I have made this 5 times! It is a great all around pasta sauce - creamy, mild tasting, easy to make. I always add a bit of garlic and onion powder for a different taste. I always try and find some sort of gluten free/all-purpose oil, butter, garlic and so on. I find this to be a good base to build off of, as I always add some sort of gluten for my diet/cooking - usually breadcrumbs. I usually end up adding in a bit of baking powder as well, for added crunch. I always try and find some sort of healthy oil, butter or margarine that will not only give my sauce that "olive flavor", but also my pasta dishes that I make. I usually use reduced fat cheese, but this does not have as much of a negative connotation because I really like coconut oil! We will keep working with this
