1 cup strawberries, sliced
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 cups fresh strawberries
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pint orange juice
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
In a mixing bowl, scoop and fold the strawberries into cream cheese. Drizzle over pie crust. Refrigerate some of the strawberries to let them firm up for garnish, or chill until serving.
Combine the whipped topping and strawberry preserves and store in the refrigerator.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the lemon juice and orange juice and beat with the whipped topping until combined. Spoon over pie crust. Chill until serving.
Return strawberries and whipped topping to refrigerator and chill until serving. Garnish with crushed pineapple and sliced lemon.
