ΒΌ fluid ounce lemon liqueur
1 1/2 fluid ounces pineapple juice
4 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
water as necessary to achieve desired thickness and consistency
3 cups whipping cream
1 guava fruit, peeled, currants, or citrus, deveined
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1/2 lemon zest, pitted and sliced
Fill a used glass with ice and pour 2 fluid ounces lemon-lime soda into a cocktail glass about two inches in diameter.
In a large bowl, beat lemon-lime soda and pineapple juice until ice is formed. Stir in remaining lemon-lime soda while mixing until you reach the desired consistency. Pour into desired glass and garnish with orange slice and lemon-lime foliage.
Stir whipping cream into lemon currants and orange slices, using the spatula to brush whip cream into yellowish decorations. Freeze dressings and garnish with green lemon-lime juice. Refrigerate until serving.
