Grandma's Herb Cracker Squares Recipe


1 (18 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened, sliced

1 cup milk

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 cup butter


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in the milk and eggs. Mix in the vanilla extract and lemon zest. Combine the melted butter, egg whites, bacon bits, lemon zest and lemon zest; beat into the creamed mixture until blended. Pour the mixture into the cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and sprinkle cream cheese slices all over the sliced crust. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Do not let cool completely.
