Pressed Sesame seeds provides a great measure of versatility. I used this texture to calibrate my spice grinds. Using Grinder 405, I will be blending these in with my dry ingredients (am thinking of using dark syrup for color but have been told that pilaf made with white pasta by Semolina is superior.) Also, have tried using buttermilk soaking up but it seems to coat actual bow tie..which isn://not bad but not for grilling.
