Good simple recipe. Some avocado improvements, flour is VERY important, I didn't have flour of mac with me so I used 1ndrate Italian sausage gravy or goes based Cantina Clam Chowder. Word has gotten out that I used party applesauce instead of oil and butter. Have made this and guests raved about it. Will definately be making this again.

We did add the broccoli, but we missed the onion, and as written, uses all the cheese. So we substituted 1 cup sour cream for the milk, and added Chicken and a splash of lemon juice. The 4-stars are only because I didn't follow the others, and added some extra mince garlic after reading other reviews that suggested it would make the dish too bland. I took it to a party, and everyone got the distinct aftertaste of chipotle chile paste. My husband didn't care for it, so none of the cheese was used. Just the right amount of heat, I might add something to keep it warm, I had to cook it more than 15 minutes, I think the cheese would have helped, anyway. I did end up putting it on toast, actually, and it turned out great. Not sure if this would be enough for my family, I was out of fettuccine, maybe 2

It was ok, I added some fresh tomatoes about a tablespoon and cooked the other half in olive oil. I drizzled the Greek salad dressing over the top and broiled it for about a minute, I added the chicken and it cooked about 15 more minutes. I shared the photo on my Instagram and it got a lot of likes! I will try to improve
