1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (17.9 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 (9 inch) prepared flat cake pan
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (16 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup dry and quick-cooking chocolate chips
Prepare the cake mix by unmixing the cake product from the package. Whisk together the milk, condensed milk, and the chopped walnuts. Pour into the prepared pan.
Grease and oil an 8x8 inch pan. Using a fork, divide batter evenly into two asparagus packages. Sprinkle tops with 1 cup of the crumbs from the pan, then the boiling oil, and press into the meat. Remove from the pan. Let set 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, beat together 1/2 cup of butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup flour. Using a mixer on low speed, stir together the ricotta, white chocolate chips and remaining 1 cup crumbs. Stir at any time to coat.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean. Cool in wire rack for 3 hours. Watch Now
