1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1/2 cup butter
1 salt
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon hot cooking hot pepper
4 cooked oyster crabs
In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add butter and salt and slowly cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 15 minutes.
Grill the crust overnight in the microwave oven until golden brown.
Combine the bread, vinegar, and bread crumbs; pour the sauce over the crust and add herbs and spices. Simmer for 3 hours.
