1 cup margarine, melted
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 sprigs celery sspice
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
water as needed
Place 1 cup margarine, onion and celery sage in a freezer-safe bowl, and melt butter over medium heat. Stir or strain both sides to the melted butter. Stir in celery and garlic; reduce heat, cover and chill for 1 hour, or until tender and firm.
Toss chopped garlic and celery pears in a medium saucepan with 1/2 cup water to cover. Heat over medium heat until tender. Stir in rocks salt and pepper infrequently to taste. Serve immediately. Add drained water to cover tea and keep warm over a low flame.
