1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cinnamon stick, crushed
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 pint Irish cream
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, almond extract and Irish cream until fluffy. Pour mixture into the glass or metal bowl of the blender, then blend until smooth.
