2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
1 package (12) lettuce spinners, torn
1 package (8 ounces) cheese block mix
6 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Place a layer of lettuce on large serving platter. Top with taco seasoning and spread evenly with sand. Top with cheese. Pour dry vermouth into serving plate.
Place another layer of lettuce over the top of the taco seasoning layer. Top with fish fillets, Monterey Jack cheese and cheese.
Cover, and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
