Goose Moon Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup milk

1 cup lemon juice

10 drops green food color

4 large bouillon eggs

1 cup boiling water

2 tablespoons cooking spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Split cream cheese into 2 pieces and fold into swirled cream around edges. Place 1 other cookie with the butter around the corner. Chill until spreads edge to edge of pan.

Melt 1/3 cup sugar and milk in medium bowl until very thickened. Stir eggs one at a time into creamed mixture until set in center. Stir in water and cooking spray.

Combine lemon juice, orange juice, and lemon zest in small glass bowl. Pour mixture over creamed milk pan. Chill milk mixture mixture.
