1 cup butter
6 bananas, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup canned pineapple juice
1 cup yellow corn syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 5-inch round pans.
Stir butter into flour in a small bowl. Mix in bananas, sugar, pineapple juice, corn syrup, brown sugar and milk. Spread evenly into prepared pans, and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
