1 (15 ounce) can sliced avocados
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mango
1 (15 ounce) can pitted and diced tomatoes with juice
1/4 pound fresh pineapple, with juice
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 (3 ounce) can sliced pineapple with juice
In a small skillet, toss avocados with juice, tomato, mango, tomatoes with juice, pineapple and brown sugar. Heat to just boiling in small saucepan. Remove from heat.
Stir together brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple and brown sugar together in a small bowl, and whisk into avocado mixture. Serve warm or at room temperature.
