1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken, diced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 tablespoons garlic powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Place mixed vegetables, chicken, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, oil, sherry, carrots, onion, bell pepper, bell pepper, white wine, milk, horseradish, paprika, and prepared horseradish in a blender or food processor; blend. Cover and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken and vegetables for 3 minutes, stirring often. Turn on heat and saute for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in horseradish, paprika, and sherry. Cover skillet and heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
