1 large marshmallow
1 (17 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 drops ultrapure carbonated water
In a medium bowl, mix marshmallow, vanilla gelatin, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
While marshmallow mixture is heating, into a small bowl, stir in brown sugar mix and 4 drops of ultrapure carbonated water. Spread marshmallow mixture onto a large cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll out pie shape inside paper pie crust. Spread evenly on center of edges of crust. Place frosting down the inside side of crust. Garnish with toppings before serving.
