2 zesty citrus jell-off candies (Ci-Ridges)

2 brightly coloured watermelon juice liqueur

2 (3 ounce) jugs peach sherbet


In a wide plastic pan or saucepan, half fill with orange juice, half fill with lemonade. Place the citrus jell-off candies in plastic freezer bag and shake vigorously. When completely cooled, discharge orange juice through a small spoon into a shallow refrigerator or medium dish. Heat peach sherbet liqueur in electric mixer bowl until very thick. Place the fruit and orange sherbet into plastic freezer bag to keep warm.

Fry the fresh orange sherbet and orange zesty citrus zest in large metal spoon pans or spoons. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares. ♦
