1 1/2 cups cornbread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon dried onion
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
3 egg yolks
Remove the baking powder and salt from the cornmeal and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, onion, thyme, rosemary, sage, egg yolks and parsley mix until all ingredients are combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
