1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 pinch salt
2 egg yolks
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch round pan.
In a large bowl cream together the butter, sugar, salt, egg yolks and sour cream until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt and cinnamon. Stir in pecans and nuts, then mix in pumpkin and pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool before cutting into squares.
