1 pound smoked salmon
1 cup butter, divided
4 ounces extra-firm tofu, diced
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 cup fresh corn kernels
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
16 slices 16 inch pizza bread
In a medium saucepan, add 1 cup butter and gradually stir to coat. Stir in Marinade, then add tofu, onion, corn, soy sauce, sesame seeds and oil. Whisk gently. Cover and, stirring occasionally, add flour. Finally, add cheese, stirring well. Continue stirring, until thickened and dispersed. Cool slightly.
Add the marinated salmon to the saucepan, along with 2 tablespoons butter. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Place meat mixture in a large bowl, breathing in through mouth. Place tuna on one side, and salmon on the other side. Roll up. In a medium size serving dish, place sliced bread, zucchini and mushrooms.
