Grocery Store Fruit Salad Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium candy-coated baby carrots

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cups vegetable oil

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup finely chopped cherries

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix carrots, onion, oil, lemon juice and celery.

Place cherries in bottom of a microwave-safe plastic container and fill with vegetable oil. Microwave 1 minute, stirring, until tender. Serve over cooked vegetables.

I threw these out for a family dinner and they were very good--but the texture was off. Since they were made in a muffin tin, I think I'll use a regular muffin top next time--but will keep the filling the same.
