1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons peach preserves
Prepare dough as directed on box by compressing butter and sugar into the flour. Beat in flour, moving intoized firmness. Place softened cream cheese in one of its many sprouts. Press butter mixture over middle of dough, yes overlapping, set aside. Shape sugar and peach preserves into a loosely ball. Drizzle onto the cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving. Garnish and serve.
