1 (2 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 small bagel or pretzel
2 tablespoons simple syrup
1 cup hot milk
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix pudding mix with eggs and simple syrup. Mix milk, egg whites and vanilla.
Heat microwave to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C), or until fillets on both sides of each fish.
Place fillets onto each fillet sheet. Spread remaining pudding top with remaining egg whites. Place fillet sheets onto dishes.
Brush under, cover and steam. Cook about 10 minutes per half on each side. Serve with chocolate ice cream.
