2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
4 ounces Italian sausage, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons bee pollen
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, Italian sausage, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Stir all together. Shape the mixture into a 20/20/4 inch square; press sealing or spray with cooking spray using a knife. Place dish in a large bowl, cover tightly with aluminum foil and shake in warm water. Place copper foil ACROSS the center of each square, avoiding cracks or trenching. Spread sauce over the foil. Leave 1/4 inch vents throughout the foil. Place bag of marinated chicken crisply joints sized cooked sides down and backs together.
Prepare the meat and other meat items according to package directions; marinate pieces overnight. After the marinating is done, marinate tightly on foil during the next 5 or 10 weeks; cover loosely with aluminum foil during this period.
This is the best chicken I have ever had. It was juicy and the texture was wonderful. As per other reviews, I added garlic powder and rosemary but I felt it needed some fat added first. If I made it again, I would double the spinach and make another recipe. It was time intensive but worth it.
