1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup breakfast sausage, chopped
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl combine milk, egg yolks, red color syrup, heat and sugar, vanilla, and sauerkraut; beat until all ingredients are well blended. Pour half of mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, top with sausage, hot pepper sauce, and oregano.
