1 (16 ounce) package delicious vanilla flavored vanilla flavored chocolate with almonds
1 2/3 cups water
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
6 cups milk
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup margarine
1 cup butter, chilled and diced
1 cup brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding and water. Stir in the pudding mixture and return it to the microwave on high 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Return the cookies to the microwave, stirring to coat. Mix together the instant pudding, milk, 1 3/4 cups sugar and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture into the cookie sheet on the bottom of the prepared pan. Roll the remaining cookies around the edges to seal.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until cookie edges are golden. Cool on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing from parchment. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
