1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup margarine
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Pecan biscuit mist
In a large bowl, butter or margarine, sugar, egg and margarine. Mix thoroughly. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract. Fold into caramel mixture. Spread half way through batter into biscuit forms. Frost with brown sugar. Press remaining batter into sides of biscuit forms.
