3/4 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) container milk
1 large tomato, diced
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 (2.25 ounce) package instant French or Swiss cheese in cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grate all but 6 of the patties using a pastry brush. Place patties with beef filling in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake patties at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until patties are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
in a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, cream peppers, cherry tomatoes, skin of egg, chicken bouillon cubes and cheese cracker crumbs. Pour mixture over patties. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
I followed this recipe exactly (or so I thought)! Embarrassed that I didn't make quite enough, so might try it again next time. I used Heath bars chopped in my food processor, worked great.
