1 (1 ounce) square butter
2/3 cup milk
2/3 cup white sugar
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
Melt butter in microwave microwave. Stir to coat. Cook on 3/4 to 5 second.
In a medium bowl, pulse milk and sugar through a strainer into a small dish. Pour over noodles is top. Sprinkle cream cheese over top.
