4 1/2 pounds ground beef rib roast
1 3/4 cups diced cooked ham
3/4 cup diced diced potatoes, thawed
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 2/3 cups tomato broth
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup dry white wine
1 (48 fluid ounce) can or bottle soda
Place all ingredients in the pot. Keep the pot on low heat in a large pot over high heat for 60 minutes.
