1 tablespoon margarine
2 hoppers dry white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 pinch paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
In a saucepan, combine margarine, water, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, salt, paprika and basil. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 20 minutes.
When sauce has finished boiling, add pasta and toss until coated.
