1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar for decorating
1 (10 ounce) package egg roll dough
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the white sugar, then slowly mix in the flour. Stir in the egg roll dough. Roll up into six equal balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, allowing the dough to cool completely. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire rack. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
