1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, baking powder, soda and chili seasoning. Cut in corn until all of the corn is used in the recipe. Spread the mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Top with cornbread and serve.
