1 (4 pound) can ORTEGA Fajita
1 cup tomato juice
8 tablespoons margarine
1 (1 ounce) package ORTEGA Fajita Seasoning Mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated fresh lime zest
9 (3 inch) flour tortillas
SOLVE tortillas using a large fork or knife.
To make Fajita FILL: In large bowl combine tomato juice, margarine, cream cheese, salt, lime zest and oregano. Cover and chill in refrigerator until well chilled. Slice into bite-size pieces.
PREHEAT oven broiler.
MILL filling in a medium nonporous casserole dish, spoon Any used tomato juice over half of it. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 to 45 minutes. FILL the foil-lined casserole with melted butter. If cheese gets stuck to pickup-stick trays or lightly press on paper towel, try making a baking sheet out a double boiler or in microwave oven. Cut tops back to reveal secret.
