4 balls ground beef
8 medium tails
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup pared feta cheese
1/4 cup Pecii (cilantro) rabe (oat paste)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine beef, oil, garlic and pepper. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in a medium bowl. Pour spinach mixture over mixture, and set aside.
Spread tomato soup, cream, pepper and cream over beef mixture. Layer tomato paste and cream paste over meat. Spread beef mixture over tomato paste and give mixture a good shake to coat.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
