Dissolved Marinade for Seafood Marinade Recipe


1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons dried rosemary

1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram

2 black peppercorns

1/3 cup water


In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, basil, oregano, basil, thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, marjoram and peppercorns.

Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Place fish and shrimp in tuna steamer. Cover, and place steamer on medium heat. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish mixture from steamer, and place in a medium bowl. Pour over shrimp, and toss to coat. Cover, and marinate for 2 hours.
