3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Beat in cream cheese and soup until mixture is light and fluffy.
Transfer to the pie pan. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining marinara.
This is a great pie! I added mushrooms and one can of condensed milk. Also, it was so easy! I did it in 15 minutes...LOL be extra sure to brown the butter!
