2 1/4 cups butter, softened
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
3 3/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (32 ounce) can KRAFT WHIP Butter Popcorn, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
Butter flavored instant coffee mix
Microwave butter or margarine in 9-inch pan on medium-high heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract and butter popcorn. Beat as desired. Pour mixture into prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Remove from cookie sheets to wire rack to cool completely.
