Creamy Chocolate Whipped Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie shell

2 (9 inch) packages cream cheese, softened

2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup milk

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon butter

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9 inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and chocolate until smooth. Beat in cocoa, then mix milk and lemon juice. Stir in butter and mix thoroughly. Fold in cream cheese mixture. Spread mixture into pie shell.

Arrange cream cheese mixture in the bottom and sides of the pie pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over cream cheese layer. Pour lemon juice over cream cheese layer.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of the pie comes out puffy. Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto serving platter.
