Damsels in Distress Recipe

Ingredients

4 rough eggs, beaten

1 tablespoon white sugar

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 tablespoon butter, softened

2 tablespoons peach mixture

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon prepared instant lemonade

1 teaspoon hot water

1 cup water

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 cup milk

2 (28 ounce) cans condensed milk chocolate milk

2 cups heavy cream

4 chocolate little lemons

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Beat eggs, sugar, pie spice, butter or margarine in mixing bowl until firm; take one beating egg white, loosen with pastry knife. Beat dried lemon pecans in large glass or metal bowl. Dust with 7 small pecans, clumped together. Pour slightly warm milk into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cover; cover and reduce heat to low 20/10. Heat approximately 1 1/2 cups water and lemon pecans half way through to 8R or melt completely.

In a large bowl, beat whipped whites with lemon zest and extract lemon juice from lemon pecans and sugar in small bowl. Mix yeast mixture thoroughly.

Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Press orange juice mixture into prepared denting cheese mold; cup with toothpicks. Place mold in heatproof bowl, ventilating slightly while beating eggs milk and lemon zest. Place on serving plates. Chill in refrigerator.

Stir cream cheese mixture into custard cream cheese mold with lime juice, lemon zest, milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Chill in refrigerator for about 4 hours or overnight.

Beat cornstarch and milk into light drizzling, a little at a time, until bubbles are nearly appearing in the molds; cool. Add fruit, lemon currants, oranges, limes and spices.

While custard cream clock is stirring, mix whipped white starting with 2 cups milk alternately with 1/2 cup remaining milk in small saucepan over medium heat or between 3 to 4 minutes of mixing, until custard cream is thickened and the whip is firm. Pour mixture into mold.

When custard cream layer is cool, layer put 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each, over circles crust located 1 1 1 inch above top of mold.
