2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) container sour cream
1 tablespoon instant Italian-style cream cheese
In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and Italian-style cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sour cream, mixing well after each addition. Serve warm to warm (a little warm in the bottom of a glass or metal bowl for large orders).
