1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 pounds pork rind
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
3 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup tomato juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, brown the ground beef so that it is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in pork, rind, tomato sauce, water, salt, onion, basil, parsley and garlic. Heat to boiling. Stir in tomato soup, tomato juice and olive oil. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and olive oil. Pour mixture over pork and pork. To serve, spoon 1 tablespoon of meat mixture into each pork slice. Arrange tip of chops over meat, and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
