Fried Lobster with Bacon and Onion Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons Saute Tuna Recipe

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon dried minced onion

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper

1 pound crabmeat, drained and flaked

1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 tablespoon ranch wine

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 1/2 teaspoons paprika

Directions

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Fry crabmeat in oil until golden brown. Cover, remove meat from pan, and place in skillet. Fry and steam until al dente. Stir in flour, vinegar, Old Bay Seasoning, onion, salt, garlic powder, bell pepper, crabmeat, tomato sauce, brown sugar, chopped red onion, chopped green bell pepper, crabmeat, and vinegar. Place sauce in pan with crabmeat. Put lobster in pan. Pour tomato sauce over lobster.

Heat oil over medium heat in skillet. Brown clams and shrimp, turning once, until golden brown. Stir in 1 teaspoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon ranch wine, brown sugar, crushed garlic, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Saute until marbled, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Next, add lobster, shrimp, crabmeat, tomato sauce, brown sugar, tomatoes and garlic powder. Transfer to foil and refrigerate.
