3 cups water
1 (3.5 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
In a large saucepan, mix water, orange flavored gelatin, olives, garlic powder, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in oranges, grape tomatoes, carrots, onion, garlic powder, and rosemary. Pour mixture into two 9-inch square dishpan; chill overnight in refrigerator.
Add dressing, stirring every 10 minutes, until dressing is thickened. Drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining pepper.
