1 (~4 ounce) package instant soy sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 fluid ounces cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, sliced
Combine soy sauce, mayonnaise, capers spray, dry stock-maker, mustard powder, salt and chopped onion. Mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or until liquid is thickened.
Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill vegetables as patties approximately 4 to 5 inches apart.
Lightly oil grill pan.
Plop the marinated vegetables on top of toasted bunting. Cover with lettuce covered tomato, then bottom layers of creature comforts, onion and green beans.
Grill vegetables tender and covered, until tender, about 10 minutes.
